Support Resources

Noise Guard is a tool, not therapy

Noise Guard can block ads and make distraction visible. It can't replace what a conversation with a real person can do. If digital use, mood, or everyday life currently weighs heavier than a browser extension can solve: here are real support resources, free and usually anonymous.

In immediate danger or a medical emergency: call your local emergency number, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 112 across the EU.

If it's urgent: to talk, anytime

These numbers are free, usually available around the clock, and no one has to give their name.
