Feature

You have the final say

With the element picker, you directly mark on a page what Noise Guard should always hide or always keep. Custom filter terms and trusted people complement automatic detection.

What Noise Guard makes possible

The element picker lets you mark any element with a click, either to hide it permanently or to explicitly exclude it from any automatic hiding (for example, if Clean Page repeatedly catches something incorrectly).

Custom filter terms work in addition to automatic comment detection, regardless of how Noise Guard would otherwise classify a comment. Trusted people can conversely be excluded from any filtering.

The reason behind it

Why automatic detection alone isn't enough

Any automatic detection, no matter how carefully built, will occasionally get it wrong. Instead of hiding that, Noise Guard gives you the tools to correct it yourself, permanently and without a detour through a support request.
